The Socios Equity Token marks the biggest shift. Unlike a fan token, which grants engagement rights, an equity token holds financial rights tied to club ownership, a separate asset class with its own regulation.
The OG Esports Chiliz Connection
The Chiliz, OG and Dexsport story forms one thread. Chiliz acquired 51% of OG Esports in September 2025, Dexsport added CHZ to its cashier in February 2026, backed by a Mega Drop worth $50,000 in CHZ, and OG's CS2 roster began to compete as OG.Dexsport in May.
For fans, that makes CHZ more than a payment option on Dexsport. It connects the sponsor, the team owner and the token behind club fan engagement, in a sport where Dexsport already offers deep esports coverage across more than 20 titles.
CHZ at the Dexsport Cashier
Dexsport lists Dexsport CHZ deposits on the Chiliz Chain network, one of more than 50 assets at its cashier. It accepts CHZ itself, not individual club fan tokens.
The CHZ deposit network matters. CHZ still exists as an older ERC-20 token on Ethereum, and ERC-20 CHZ sent to a Chiliz Chain deposit address may fail to credit. Move tokens to the Chiliz Chain through the official bridge first, and send a trial amount before the full deposit.
CHZ tracks the wider crypto market, so a CHZ-funded balance shifts in dollar terms between bets, like any of the volatile coins on offer. Stablecoins alone fund Dexsport's prediction markets, so CHZ needs a swap first there. Anjouan's regulator licenses the platform.
